Through a performance-based earn-out model, Exeed and the Anchor jointly acquire existing companies with scalable potential. Anchors can earn up to 49% equity ownership and share in the upside through milestone-based revenue participation.

A Sponsor is an individual angel investor or corporate entity that partners with Exeed to financially support and strategically empower a high-potential venture.
